This is an interesting little video. Skyrim Game Jam is something that Bethesda did one they were finished making Skyrim. They let the developers do whatever they wanted for a week creating stuff etc. Then they put it in the game and showed it off. Some of this stuff may never see the light of day but there is always hope of DLC or just being released for free.
